Case Study 2: Reinsurance Company - Insufficient Policies and Procedures in place 1st October Consulting was appointed by this reinsurance company in the City to work on a number of projects including writing a complete suite of HR policies including: Discipline and Grievance Policies We created a comprehensive suite of over 30 policies and liaised with the Company's Compliance department before submission to the board for approval and launch. We also worked with the organisation to articulate the overtime policy and also designed an appropriate call out payment structure for staff on the IT Helpdesk who were providing 24-hour assistance to offices on three continents and across several different time zones. > Back to Case Studies Index |
