Case Study 4: Private Bank - Graduate Recruitment Programme

For this assignment, we worked with line management to design an appropriate graduate recruitment process. This included designing assessment centres, conducting both aptitude and psychometric tests and modifying the format and content of the induction programme.

All of the vacancies on the graduate recruitment programme were successfully filled within the timeframe required and under budget.
